Pepper Tester

Understanding the service

Peptide purity testing

Chromatographic purity testing helps describe the detected components of your submitted material under the agreed method. Confirm the current service scope and suitability for your exact peptide or formulation with intake.

What the measurement answers

An HPLC area-purity result compares the signal assigned to the main component with the included chromatographic signal. It is a method-specific view of the detected profile. The NIST reference-material certificate linked below provides an example of UV area-percentage reporting.

Use this analysis when your question concerns the chromatographic profile of the submitted sample. Ask which detector, peak assignment and integration basis will be used for your accepted request.

What it does not establish

Relative chromatographic purity does not provide a measured milligram quantity per vial. If the amount of the target peptide matters, discuss a separate quantitative content result. If the question is identity, confirm the identity analysis included in your scope.

No single purity percentage provides a result for every possible contaminant or property. Read only the findings actually tested and reported on the certificate.

Before you submit a sample

Send intake the compound name, formulation, sample format and any blend or modification details. Confirm that the available method is appropriate, how much material is needed and which instructions apply before shipment.

Use the live catalogue for available packages and current prices. Create the online request once the scope is clear; the service explanation does not guarantee method availability for every material.
